My refrigerator stopped working on Wednesday..called Lowe's in Easley S.C ask if they had one in stock was told they had 5 drove 45 minutes to pick one up only to be told they come from a warehouse and will be delivered on Saturday....called Friday (today) morning to confirm delivery only to be told it will be Tuesday before delivery..I give a five star for refund to my card because I cancelled went to a private owned business bought what I needed and delivered and installed same day...

Friendly, knowledgesble. helpful staff. I was astonished at the degree of customer service I was given. Did call Store Manager to comment on his two employees who assisted. I'll drive the longer distance to shop here.

Went in store to get blinds for my house and met Marion Fielder who was working there that day and she was very helpful with me and took her time showing me different styles and one of the better people I have dealt with when I go there, if there were more people like her working there the reviews were be a lot better. will make sure next time I am in will stop to see if she is working and say Hello.

I came in the store today expecting to spend 3 to 5 thousand dollars for materials to build retaining walls in my backyard. I couldn't find anyone outside to help me, so I went to customer service to find some one to help me. I told her what I wanted, and she told me that those things were all in the garden center. I said I need someone who knows about those things to help me. It's not like I can put it in the back of my car. It's going to be multiple pallets. She told me I can wait to speak with a manager if I want to wait. I don't understand the lack of service. IF I wanted appliances, I can get help and someone to take my order. But nobody can help me order materials to be delivered for retaining walls
