Sat down in an almost empty restaurant. Waitress was friendly and accommodating. Management was heard reprimanding a staff member, apparently someone didn't check in with her. Later we could hear some one wasn't showing for the 2:00 shift After served Breakfast, which was longer than normal, the waitress returned with the check, "take your time"...then a moment later asked for payment because management was shutting system down! WTH! Yes, I would have enjoyed after breakfast coffee but we didn't feel welcome. It will be a long time, if I ever darken this place places doorstep again. No wonder it was near empty!!!

Very polite service. Very nice and clean place. Wonderful experience for us and the kids. I would most definitely recommend and be visiting again.

Short staffed like everywhere else. However, it appeared to be well staff, but they seemed to be falling over each other. 15 minute wait and there were at least 10 tables empty and cleaned. Ordered my eggs WELL DONE--nope, they came out runny.... Ordered my bacon EXTRA CRISPY--NOPE it didn't even look like it had touched the griddle.... VERY greasy pp late.... Pancakes and water were good. NO one told me to pay the waitress-- told them I didn't feel like walking back to the table as I have mobility issues.

I work here so this may be a bit biased but the food is really good. The people are really nice to work with and they are really kind to customers.when we do get negative reports we try our hardest to fix the problems as fast as possible.
