It is 6:00 am and I have been up for a few hours due to bed bugs biting me! Room stinks of smoke, yet it is a non-smoking room. The room looks decent at first but it is truly dingy and dirty, I will be checking out today and not stay the next two days liked I had planned. I will stay at another hotel or with family. Zero or negative stars are way more aplicable than one star.

After driving 10 plus hours we got to our hotel and went into a filthy room that had food all over the place and beds that had been slept in so filthy I wanted to go to another hotel. They gave us another room and was somewhat clean and then about 11 pm a person tried to open our door they had given our room to another person. There was a big party of motorcycle people downstairs and asked me if I wanted to go for a ride when I went to get dinner for my family. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Positive: Nothing at all. Negative: Ita unappealing. No ice. 1 inch gap in door. Cars coming and going while slamming doors all night. Pretty sure the "extended stay/regulars" were hidden from visitors on other side. Felt unsafe.

Front Desk was very kind, patient, understanding, was ready to help with all our desires with a great smile. Truly kind and my room smelled and looked clean. Great service that you so much.
