This place is a zoo do not I repeat do not go there!! I've had a veterinarian hospital treat me better my mother has been in there care for 3 days and when I call up there they can't even tell me her condition nor can I get in touch with anyone about her care!! I'm simply trying to save someone some heartache and a lot of hassle I don't care if you have to go to Charlotte are Atlanta but do not come here you will regret it the only reason I gave it a star was so I could leave a message!! And if all this wasn't bad enough medication laying around unattended God knows what it was could have been some kind of controlled substance I'm sure it was but yet every time I post the picture they take it down every time I try to post any picture they take it down picture of my mother's hand covered in feces they had been there on her hand for god-knows-how-long.Food laying around for hours it took them over 25 minutes while I was there to clean just here hand it had been on there so long !! Went to this facility for a hand injury. Sat in the ER waiting room with my hand bleeding while those with flu/cold symptoms were taken in for care. Made certain the intake people knew my cell number, since we do not use the landline phone number anymore. I offered payment for all services by CC on intake and discharge of this facility. Both were refused saying they would file it with my insurance. I advised there was a high deductible and this would not meet it. They still refused payment. I was told to wait for a statement in the mail. I waited months to get one. It was paid in full by the same credit card offered at time of discharge. I find out a year later that they filed a bad debt filing on my credit rating. I have requested for it to be removed many times, but they refuse. This is the ONLY bad credit issue I have in over 40 years. All due to these people refusing payment at time of services and not updating my phone number to my cell number, as requested. I will NEVER go back to this facility. By the way, Baptist Easley Hospital, you can dispute this review, but I will not take it down - same as the bad debt reported on my credit rating.

Brought my wife in to the emergency room this evening because she couldn’t feel the right side of her face. After sitting in the waiting room and the issue getting worse she informed the front desk of the situation and asked to be seen, when this wasn’t possible for Prisma Health Baptist Easley ER she asked if she needs to go to another hospital to which the front desk woman replied, “yes and I wish you luck getting seen”. This should be criminal. If you need a doctor in the area I highly recommend not attempting to utilize this facility. We have insurance, we pay our co pays, we deserve better. This is negligence and quite possibly criminal. Please do better for your family and just drive to Greenville. This place is a joke and should be shutdown. Signed, Zach Janzen

We usually prefer Bon Secours but with the new rule for ambulances they would not take her out of county so we were stuck here. When we arrived it took 3 hours to get an x-ray and then another 2 hours before we received the results because of “shift change.” We decided to have her transferred to Bon Secours. Once we told the staff this they didn’t do anything else. It took hours to transfer her. Even after all of this Prisma would not send the x-rays with her or to the new DR. We will make sure we are not stuck here again.

It is for the public
The nursing staff and doctors are usually really great up there. I haven't been in there for longer that a couple of hours for a long time but from what I have heard, they are pretty good.
There is no protocol. Just bring them in. If they are severely I'll, they'll be seen sooner than people that aren't critical, but there still might be a wait. The hospital is full which means the wait time is looking.
Should be the side opposite the Emergency room.
No, walk in and triage accordingly.
Yes
At Greenville hospital or Anmed hospital
I work at Baptist, on the switchboard, and just saw your question. I called your nurses station. They have a channel guide. I asked her to take one to your room. If you do not get one quickly, call your nurse. I hope you get well soon.
