Did you violate your lease? If so how? Did you recieve a 3day notice to cure the violation? No they cannot garnish your wages although if they take you to court and win then the courts can.

I was served a handwritten notice of eviction it was left on my front step is this the proper way to go about serving this notice 2 can the landlord post no trespassing signs and keep my family and friends grom coming over legally

Yes to the first question. As for the second question, if the date of the eviction has not passed, you are still a resident until that date so they cannot keep you from entering the property.
