Yes, they have over 25 different blends of VP race fuel in stock in 5 gallon cans, and can order other sizes and blends within 5-10 days usually.

The minimum size rim is 10" and the max is 13" so just doing the math you're gonna have a little bulge. If the tire is 13 inches wide you'll have about 1.5" on each side. I hope this helps.
