They are good honoring the warranty i had a battery 3 days past the warranty and the honored the warranty and replaced the battery

I went to the Pep Boys in Lindenhurst and they are phenomenal I had tires done a few other items that needed to be checked on my car and they were really good really informative they gave me whatever discounts I was able to get and they were just a tremendous help.prior to them I did try to go to the one in Bayshore prior to that I always went to Lindenhurst and being always there as he'd let me go to the Pep Boys there and I found that you are absolutely right to training it is lacking in certain areas and they were absolutely horrible to the point I hung around 15 minutes 20 minutes in there Bay trying to get somebody to look at it to look at my battery and I got basically blown off and they told the guy so you won't see me again and I went to the Lindenhurst Pep boys they were phenomenal so lesson learned depending on the site and depending on where they're getting trained..........

Yes, they do Theresa. In my opinion they're very gentle people and honest. I have visited the place several times and have always had a nice experience. Sad that True review had a bad experience.
