The lady from the Bogotá branch, who claims to be such a serious company that she has been in the market for more than 32 years, well, I tell her that with their lousy service and rudeness, I don't think they will reach 40.

Bad, lousy shipping company, years ago when they had other staff they were excellent but now they have lousy customer service. In December I was lining up to send some gifts to my family in Colombia and since there were quite a few people, the long haired lady there told me that they were going to close up that she put the tapes on him and took my money and then a charger disappeared battery which I was insuring and then when I got home I realize that I did not name or insure it on the receipt, and obviously the device that had cost me $ 120 dollars did not arrive in Colombia. I do not recommend this company at all with a great lack of service and loyalty to its customers.
