They used to have a physical store but have now moved completely online, but their website is obviously poorly constructed compared to typical online furniture retailers, so it’s a huge headache to communicate the needs and make purchases. Based on previous comments this business should be a great one, but for now you might want to wait until they adjust better to an online business model, unless you are an old customer and know them well.
