I ordered a spicy Asiago chicken sandwich and was charged for one but was given a cheap chicken sandwich patty. They could have at least notified me and charged me accordingly. Very disappointed.

Got it for my son. I use to eat it when it was truly fresh like Dave Thomas wanted it to be served. It's just like any of the other large chain hamburger franchises. Cold, not crunchy fresh toppings. It's very disappointing to go to any of them. I can get a sit down fresh burger and hot fries cheaper and much better at my local bar.

I used to work here. All of the employees that I worked with were nice but the general manager was not. She would constantly threaten to fire me and I got tired of it so I put in my 2 weeks a few months ago. Before I worked there and after, they constantly messed up my order. One time I wanted honey mustard sauce, and they literally gave me every other sauce they had EXCEPT for honey mustard. Maybe they were out? Idk. They could’ve just said “Sorry, we’re out. Is there any other sauce you’d prefer?”
