There is a place in the fisherman's access area where you can put in or take out. This is below the camping area in the picnic area near The Elms. You can also put in just below the covered bridge in Cornwall and up by the high school .
I agree with Jesse no camping prolly no bathrooms but you can enter the park ... Not much going on besides camping and fishing though.

No. They do not have a park. You can hike or camp but no equipment.
I believe you may but as with any state park it is a 14 day limit and this year there will be no visitors allowed. It is still best to check with the park for the most accurate information
Showers and bathrooms at the campsites are fine. They are cleaned several times a day. I was there last at Memorial Day weekend
Yes, you can reserve a sight online in advance. The DEEP has a reservation website.
No pool but I did see adults and children wading in the river cooling off
