I can't wait to move out of here. I truly wish I had chosen to live somewhere else. This place is dirty and dingy, there are pests, mold, cracked and flaking popcorn ceilings (asbestos!!!), AC and heating goes out CONSTANTLY, power outages, elevators that only work half the time, noisy neighbors, horrible parking situation... I could go on. The fact that falls green claims to be a luxury community is laughable. The amenities and community areas are great, but don't let it fool you. The apartments themselves are outdated and dirty. If you get the wrong unit you'll be suffering with mold, pests, power outages, etc. If I could go back in time I'd tell myself to run far away from this place.

I recently moved into a 1 bedroom apartment at Falls Green. The unit is spacious, has lots of natural lighting, and has updated kitchen furnishings - all great value for money. Falls Green itself is an excellent community with easy access to public transport & malls and lots of great amenities. The leasing office is extremely easy to work with and will go out of their way to make your move-in as seamless as possible. Wanted to give Keandra and Owen from the leasing office for taking the time to answer my questions and always being available to provide updates, even on weekends, and for their assistance after moving in.

The apartments are nice, I don't have any mold issues or anything like some other people have said. The appliances are good quality, the cabinets are nice, and the plank flooring is a plus, though I don't know that I would call it 'luxury.' The pool is rarely crowded in the summer. Like others, the only real negative I have experienced is with the people at leasing and sometimes at the desk. Owen and Courtney are the only ones I've had a positive experience with there. You can walk up to the desk to get a package and sometimes they won't even look up at you while speaking to you or will just talk to you in a rude/condescending way right from the start. Multiple times I have seen people in leasing look at you standing there when nobody is at the desk and just walk back into their office. I still recommend this place, just be careful who you speak with--ask for Owen!

Wonderful property run by wonderful people! My husband and I absolutely adore our space and the Falls Green team welcomed us with open arms! Our resident manager, Keandra was so helpful and very responsive. She tended to all of our needs and even worked to expedite our move in date for us due to our personal situation! Trust me, you are going to love this place.
