Arrive on April 18 the at 6:35. When store closes at 7pm and cashier refused to open closed doors. Bad service drove 3 miles to get a coffee and some donuts to encounter this situation

The service is horrendous. It is supposed to close at 7pm but the they closed the doors at 6:20pm and if you get there any day of the week at 6pm there is nothing on the shelves.

This has to be the worst service I have ever seen in my life. I went at 6:27 PM on Sunday and they were cleaning up inside the store. Had the door locked with no donuts or food prepared for serving. Although the sign outside says they close at 7 PM, the store decided to close more than 30 minutes earlier. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is the reason why I go to Starbucks instead of Dunkin’ Donuts.

Cannot believe you go for a quiet time to have breakfast and find that employees are screaming at each other. The only customers sitting eating were us, but don't think that will happen again. Customer Service & Atmosphere is really horrible.

Dunkin donuts coffee is the worst coffee, no flavor at all. Also in the afternoon most of the store run out of donuts. Donuts are smaller and more expensive. Terrible. It's sad, was my favorite place in the past, not anymore.
Sorry. I do not know. I guess call them and find out will be the faster way. You know what I just called them 3 times and nobody answer, so do not waste your time. Also most of the reviews are far from good. Sorry I couldn't help you more.
