Did a complete overhaul on my inground pool. It included the liner, plumbing and opening. However they did not supply the hardware like ladder, railing for steps and rails for diving board. All bought seperately.

Had a semi-inground pool installed 7/2020. Had zero complaints at that time. Even went back to them for a heater. This past winter our winter cover shred to pieces, and we were told we had to deal with the manufacturer which we are still waiting for a response from. Now we just noticed the paint bubbling off the rails on our steps and rust spots. Dunrite told us they sell the rails for $250. The manufacturer told us its no longer under warranty. So every 2 years I have to buy new rails for my steps for $250 after spending over $25,000?? I understand Dunrite doesnt manufactuer the cover or the steps, but we didnt have a choice in what we got. Its what was "included" in our package.
