Very great experience with oncologist Dr McKnight. All the staff was very helpful. Sadly my girl needed a little help crossing over and again…very respectful, helpful and caring.

We took our cat here for an emergency since she had an issue closing her mouth due to her front canine becoming infected/ gums became inflamed. Dr. Zonenshine started the conversation with condescending stating “Well we don’t self diagnose” which left a bad taste in our mouth for a first impression - it only got worse from there. We’re aware how our cat is - we’re around her every day and she met her for the first time. She said it could be a fracture which I immediately said no since she was fine all day and I was home with her. She did the X-RAY anyways and held our cat hostage for 9 HOURS!!! to tell us that she had to get 2 second opinions - one from a radiologist to make out the X-rays, and one from a dental vet who told her first hand there is no fracture but terrible gingivitis which is causing her to not close her mouth. When asked what dental vet should we take her to, she insisted “any one will do or your normal vet” $1000 later we got zero answers and no treatment for her and she was so uncomfortable all day. We’re never coming back here. I don’t even believe she is a doctor - She literally knew nothing and had to get help from 2 colleagues to verify what we told her originally . I can’t speak for the other doctors but this is disgusting to take advantage of pet owners in their time of need with no help.

2022 UPDATE: unfortunately this clinc is only good for emergencies.. they are refusing to send the insulin prescription until she is seen, however, they are also the ones who told us not to change dosage if its working, which it is.. now they want us to spend another $500 (after spending $3500 in December) just to tell us she is doing well and send the prescription to the pahamrcy, a life or death situation... pretty let down by this as they did so well in December... 2021: We brought our pup here do to DKA, they were quick and responsive on ensuring she had the absolute best care. The doctors who worked with us provided the best guidance, the techs did everything they could to ensure she was well taken care of and watched during her hospital stay. The ladies at the receptionist desk also took our call with professionalism and provided us quick answers with any questions we had. We will only take our girl to this clinic from now on! Thank you all for the love and support! She is still with us due to your amazing care!

Hello, Steve! We're not sure why you are having difficulty as we just tested it out ourselves and did not have any issues. The best thing to do may be to click on the little drop down arrow so that the calendar appears and then you can select a date for your appointment that way instead of manually entering the date. We hope that helps! If you still cannot get things working, please give us a call at 631-285-7780 to schedule your appointment. Thank you!
