Very poor experience at this Swift location. I am a company driver and I came here because breakdown hotline sent me to this location. Tractor Mechanics did not care for my breakdown, attempted not to acknowledge my breakdown and one of the mechanics was hiding in a semi truck for four hours on his cellphone having family conversations with windows down. I spend 3 days at this terminal with no fixing or any follow up. It looks like an operation where they just go to a work location to get paid. These type of workers make company drivers reconsider working for another company. It’s like they came to collect a paycheck instead of working for a paycheck. Horrible experience! Bad service! Btw they locked the drivers lounge and drivers were in need to use the bathroom! Many drivers were stranded for days waiting to get fixed! Smh no loaners and mechanics don’t clean out loaner trucks to keep drivers moving either!
