The staff here is great & very welcoming! The place is very nice & cleaned. It’s also very convenient and they help cover for parking. If you work downtown you will understand that parking is not cheap !!! I really appreciate it .

Personally wouldn’t recommend this place. Staff was very rude and passive aggressive during treatment as well as during payment. Will not take no for an answer if you don’t want to buy contact lenses from them specifically.

Wow! I moved to this location from Westerville and although it’s a further drive, they were so kind and helpful. Parking is free across the street with a code that they provided me beforehand over the phone. Dr. Gardner was very warm and friendly! Emily was efficient and kind. And Evan and Brittany were at the front desk helped me understand my insurance and how the finances of everything would turn out. They were so patient and helpful. Happy for the change!
