Most of staff was great and welcoming. The older, heavy set, bald man with a goatee was extremely rude. Yelled and chastised me for changing clubs on the simulator. It was bizarre, it genuinely felt like he was having a power trip. The weird thing was I changed clubs on the simulator when I was with the other staff member (very nice) and he said nothing, but the man with the goatee acted as if the world was collapsing on itself because I was changing clubs. When I go to shop for something that is over 400$ I expect to be treated with some respect, not treated like a child. I won’t be returning unfortunately, the rest of the staff was very nice, just avoid the older man with the goatee.

Tammy (GM) and Richard were fantastic. I needed help with a hybrid. Richard was great pulling all sorts of options to hit and explain the differences in how they feel/play before I took a swing. Will come back for future club purchase!

Had a club fitting with Matt Riley. Matt was phenomenal, and I had a great fitting experience. Super knowledgeable and patient - I would recommend to anyone. Had originally wanted to go with a Club Champion or Golftec, but don’t have any concerns about how the Studio Fitting stacks up to those guys.

This place is awesome. Cannot say enough good things about Spencer and Rich. Really the entire staff for that matter. I have always been treated really well by everyone at this location and have been pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable everyone is about the game and general swing mechanics. Have purchased clubs, gone through fitting and had clubs re gripped. Top notch the whole way but especially appreciate Spencer and Rich for going above and beyond to accommodate me.

Yes. An electronic gift card works the same way as a physical gift card. It is emailed to the recipient and can be used both in our retail stores and online. Please be advised it can take up to 24 hours from order placement for the gift card to be sent.
FEDEX SmartPost utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery. This allows for a lower cost shipping option as well as ensures we are able to reach every US address, including PO Boxes.
We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. In order to cut down on transit times and provide a vast product assortment, we ship via FEDEX from various store locations across the country. If your item ships directly from the manufacturer, it may arrive via UPS or USPS as well. Even if your order is shipped in multiple packages, there will be no additional shipping charges incurred.

Merchandise purchased online can be returned by calling or emailing Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Online purchases may also be returned in any of our retail store locations. At this time, merchandise purchased in a store location may not be returned online.

Yes. In-store credit is issued in the form of a physical gift card. Credits can be applied on an online order just like a regular gift card during check out processing. The same applies with a gift card issued or purchased online as those can be used in a store location.
