I've been here several times before and the service has always been good except for yesterday when I went to pay after my hour massage two of the employeess tried to shake me down for a 20% tip instead of 15%

I have been coming here for years. Massages can be a hit or miss, really depends on who you get. They do have a habit of talking and laughing loud the entire time. They recently started to always point towards the bottom of the receipt where the suggested tip options are, and always aggressively point towards the maximum suggested tip to pressure you. They don't have good customer service.

Used to get good massages here but not anymore. Also they force you to tip more than you want to. The guy who did my massage straight up begged for more money and the massage wasn’t even great. Never going back. Rude and unprofessional.
