Since my move in, I have really enjoyed being part of Spectra's community and feel fortunate of being able to enjoy the amenities available. There has been great improvement from management staff and I feel supported as a tenant at Spectra.

MOST RECENTLY EMILY has come on board as the primary contact for Spectra Plaza leasing. She replaced, j***** (won't mention previous persons name) however I have been pleasantly surprised at her CS skills!!! She is soooooo approachable, knowledgeable, and AVAILABLE. Whenever I call and speak with her she is pleasant, anticipates my question/concern (without interrupting) and has a reasonable answer that makes sense. This is proof she is actually working on behalf of Spectra & the tenants because she has an answer before I can even ask!!! Amazing personality and doesn't brush you off or give you some blank answer like numerous previous conversations! She listens & gets the job done. Superior Management on behalf of the company & an asset to the community @ SPECTRA Plaza.

Answering here to clarify because I am unsure how to reply to a reply. First, the trash issue was not the problem. Second, YOU were renting rooms as AirBnBs—I was not. Third, as you have disclosed personal details from my file publicly, I feel at liberty to add e-mails between me and management to these reviews to demonstrate the harassment from management. Like the time they said that because my boyfriend was “sleeping over a lot” he would need to be added to the lease. Thank GOD for that “boyfriend” because I would NOT have survived there otherwise. Probably would have died anyways given that people get stabbed here. I will upload the e-mails shortly. HORRIBLE PEOPLE & HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. TERRIBLE.

I wish I could give this a zero ): I lived here for two years. There was a stabbing incident, and shortly thereafter they starting renting rooms in the building as an Air B n B. I tried to get out of my lease so many times and they would not let me without paying the full two years. I felt so trapped. The only saving grace was that my then fiancé lived in Boston so I would go as much as I could. I don't know what I would have done otherwise. It was brutal. Management was so rude to me. I still remember how horrible Jackie was (and this was like three years ago now). I was scared to write a review but I have lived in so many places after this and never had any issues. I even contacted a lawyer to see if I could get out of my lease but I was in law school and was worried about having issues before the bar exam. There are SO many nice buildings nearby. GO TO THOSE!
