5+ stars!! The guys at Naples Auto Repair excel in every area: professionalism, customer service, expertise, you name it! I am only a first-time customer but hear me out when I say that the staff here know what they are doing and they do it WELL. I had a pretty bad oil leak in my 2014 Chevy that could not be fixed by THREE other garages in the area. But this team at Naples Auto Repair got to the root of the problem and fixed it in a matter of days and for a very decent price. I couldn't praise this team enough. Rich, the owner, is friendly, prompt, and a straight shooter. David, the mechanic that worked on my car, is very experienced, reliable, and FAST. He did a thorough job and did not compromise quality for timeliness. It sounds like this oil leak was one hell of a job, but as they say, professionals make it look easy!!
