Last visit the detected problem was major and it was suggested to take the vehicle to the dealer as it would be covered under our drive train warranty. They are honest, dependable and reasonable. Worst customer experience I have ever seen, the technicians saying we should go to a different shop if we don’t like their work. Tools were left in the back of the car and they kept on saying that the car was a “nice gesture” that they don’t have to take care of the vehicles they work on.

Do not leave your vehicle here. This shop has held our vehicle hostage for 4 months because they lost our one and only key. They refuse to replace despite repeatedly admitting fault and instead place blame on an independent contractor who worked for them at the time. Rude employees, with the exception of Lauren, and negligent management who refuse to communicate. This place deserves to be shamed publicly.
