I have never experienced a business anywhere in the auto industry like this. They are honest, transparent, straight forward and take the time to answer questions. They are kind and caring about the situations I've presented. Walking in initially, I had a guard up expecting just another place that would take advantage of my lack of knowledge in cars. But immediately you can tell it's different. The owner Matt has taken a lot of time pouring into the business, his team and every person that walks thru the door. I plan to continue trusting this location and this team with all of my vehicles, great job guys!

I always have a great experience when I came to Naples Midas. They always get me in and out. Never having to wait long. After only coming there twice they already know my by name. So I'm greeted by name as I walk inside. The owner Mike and his team are great people!
