I have never felt more inclined to post a Google review after our experience. These people have zero compassion or care for anyone but themselves. They turned down a family in need that lost everything after Ian. They would not renew us for another month giving us 3 days to find another place to stay right after Ian. Stay away!!

Have stayed here several times for shorter lengths. First time here for 6 months. Now I know why others have left in the past to stay at different resorts in Naples area and why people we met this year have said they will never be back to this resort again! Staff are rude and have very poor customer management skills.

Great, quiet (except for highway noise & sirens) small resort right on Hwy 41 Tamiami Trail in the south end of Naples. Small sites with palm trees and close together neighbors. We had 2 sets of lovely, considerate neighbors and 1 couple that acted like loud drunk party central about 5 nights a week. Well-maintained grounds and small round pool, not suitable for laps or kids with floats. No campfires allowed. Location is everything in SW Florida. Premium prices, because Naples.

No it isn’t a 55 plus campground. One thing you might want to know is that they do not have public showers. It is a very nice campground quiet and very clean. Great pool!
No it's a really nice RV park.
You need to call them direct. We just stayed there for a few months while working. I can tell you we paid $1200 a month with and second car . Now the time of year does affect pricing. We were there from May to October, off seasons. Pretty much had the park to ourselves along with the pool.
