We first saw Pelican Lake in 2017 and bought a site almost immediately. The pool and spa were recently renovated. Incredible! New pool furniture and lighting added as well. The Pickelball complex has also been redone to add more courts and resurface the entire area. A pickle ball tiki is being added this summer to provide state of the art facilities around the courts. To top it off, Pelican Lake is adding a poolside cabana and completely remodeling the clubhouse this summer. It will be spectacular. This is truly paradise.

Then the best location to park your Big Rig, and enjoy a great community of new friends, this is it. . . Bike, Hike, Golf, Pickle-Ball, Swim, organized Resort events, this is nothing like being back home, This is your New home away from home, This is it. We have been here 7 years and just love it.

My father made a reservation here and very unexpectantly passed away. We are in a tremendous amount of grief. We were not aware of the reservation and found out about it when there was a charge on the credit card for >$1000. I immediately contacted customer service. They were responsive and we communicated back and forth numerous times. However, they refused to refund that charge!!!! Absolutely unbelievable. That is down right heartless given the extenuating circumstances. I am very disappointed in this company. Beware of making reservations here unless you can guarantee 100% that you will not unexpectantly pass away or have any type of unexpected occurrence that effects your health. The personnel are extremely inconsiderate given this circumstance.
