Lense fell out after 4 weeks, cheap frames. have one a little thicker lense not enough screw to hole it in

I bought glasses at Costco. The Optometrist was super. I don’t have to wear my glasses all the time. I’ve only had them for a month and I have to go back to have them adjusted. My wife has had the same problem. The frames are cheap. I have had better frames on cheaters that cost me a dollar !
