My mom goes here for bingo on MWF. They don't have enough money any longer to pay their employees to run bingo as a money maker (even though it was only quarters and dimes) so they have the seniors bring in "prizes" that are used items from their homes. Seniors also bring in snacks and coffee or there is nothing for them for the time that they're there. It's sad that Suisun can't afford to keep their programs afloat for our Seniors. I've heard the person that helps run bingo isn't very nice to the seniors and even though they've complained nothing is done. You may say why don't they just leave then, well this is the only place they have to go unless they pay high prices to play at other establishments, so they put up with the treatment. It's a place to socialize and that's the important thing, else they would sit at home alone.
