STAY AWAY!!!!!! I did business with the previous owner of this business for 10 years without ever having a problem. When I left my car with the new owners for a simple oil change and new battery, they did SEVERE DAMAGE to my car and refused to take responsibility for it. When they returned the car to me, there was an error message on the on the dashboard which stated: "SRS Restraint Sys. Malfunction Drive to workshop". Instead of repairing the damage they caused, they informed me that it would cost $1800.00 to repair!!! This is despite the fact that this issue was obviously caused by the repair shop. It is unclear whether this was gross negligence or an intentional fraud in which they intentionally damage a vehicle while making repairs and then attempt to receive payment for "fixing" the issue. This error message had never occurred before, and there is no doubt whatsoever that the damage occurred while they were in possession of the vehicle.

Place is alright, only come here because it’s the closest to me. In February I scheduled a transmission and differential flush, instead they gave me a oil change. They told me it was “dirty” when i had just changed it two days prior… like come on. Then they finally did what i schedule for and it took them 6 plus hours for two flushes because they didn’t even order the right part, or probably didn’t even order it at all. Just recently i scheduled an appointment for a serpentine belt because its making a light squealing noise, but what do you know, my car stops making the noise as soon as i get to the shop, and now the mechanic does not want to work on my car because he doesn’t hear the noise, and he needs a better diagnosis. Claimed it could be the “alternator” and he doesn’t want me to pay for something if it’s not the problem, which i can respect, but I already know that the belt is old and needs to be changed no matter what, and I’ve already made the 50 min drive. Ended up not getting it fixed went back home. Tried to set the same appointment the next day told them that for some reason there was no more squealing but i still wanted it changed. They still insisted they wouldn’t do it unless i left the car over night. At that point I’m just annoyed and told them to not even worry about the appointment anymore.
