This place is horrible it needs to be shut down how can u put a person in a room and there toilet does not work

I took my aunt from there many years ago but the conditions were deplorable the day I picked my aunt up to take her home from there I walked in the room and it smelled like urine so I took my aunt in the bathroom to clean her up but there was no toilet bowl in there and I was just absolutely horrified so I hope they close this place down. Unfortunately I have to leave 1 star but 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

This place is nasty they don't serve the right foods or barely any at all there are mice and human urine in rooms for new patients to deal with until the rooms get cleaned if at all THE STAFF IS OBNOXIOUSLY RUDE TO PATIENCE AND FAMILY MEMBERS and if you didn't have something in your system before you got there you will leave with a disease like my family member did They don't change wound packs when they need to and this place should be shut down I will be calling the news stations and health departments soon....

My sister lived here for many years. It was always a battle to reach her by phone and never any communication from staff. My sister died there unexpectedly at 60 years old. We received no explanation. When I arrived to get her belongings there was nothing. Where did her things go? So disrespectful. .Donot allow anyone to stay at this facility. It needs to be reported to the Ct board of health and many others. It saddens me to write this review. More so that my sister was treated so poorly.
