My laptop crashed and I thought that was that. All my documents and photos gone. I called Computrs Inc. Greg said bring your laptop in. He had answers to all my questions. Offered many solutions to get my laptop up and running. Craig is Very knowledgeable, professional and polite staff. He was able my laptop up and running better then new in only a few days. And all my documents and photos were back. He also cleaned up all the malwear and updated all my programs. I was very happy with the service. I highly recommend them. I was glad that I came here. I brought in my 10 year old computer in because Internet access stopped working. Due to the age of the laptop, price was a concern. Greg, the technical support person tried a few tests, but could not immediately determine what the issue was. He suggested I leave it there and he would take a deeper dive. A couple of hours later he gave me a call and informed me he resolved the issue and additionally updated all the drivers.
