The upstairs bathtub in my 130 year old house overflow ed and flooded/damaged the kitchen ceiling (plaster and lathe and sheet rock) and floor(laminate). I contacted a well advertised company for mitigation and that company seemed to be too busy to respond and without looking at the damage ,told me their mitigation procedure which I thought was inadequate. I then contacted Sal at PUROCLEAN Who responded at 7:30 that evening with a mitigation plan which included the removal of the sheet rock ceiling which turned out to be three layers of plaster and lathe on top of the sheet rock and and laminate floor.
