This man got a job done for me that's was waiting on property to take care of it. He took over and right away got the job approved. Thank you!!! Such a nice guy. Great guys working with him too! Thank you for helping us! It's beautiful! We appreciate you, Larry!

We recently bought a new home. There was mold and water damage in the basement. PuroClean of Reading did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem and reassuring us with a thorough result. We would highly recommend PuroClean of Reading.

My newborn child arrived a week before Ida swept through our area and hit us hard. I was recommended PuroClean by a friend and I couldn't be more grateful. Larry helped me navigate the whole process. He was able to remediate my property and make sure my home was safe for my family shortly after! Can't recommend em enough!!

I had some mold in my garage growing as a result of poorly insulated air ducts producing condensation from my central A/C unit. Larry came by for an estimate, arrived on time and was very respectful. After assessing the situation, he gave me a fair estimate for removal and then showed up a couple of days later to do the job. You can't even tell it was there in the first place! A reliable professional that I will call on again should I have any problems down the road. Thank you PuroClean!

Questions & Answers

How do I prevent mold in my bathroom?

The biggest step is to be sure the bathroom has adequate ventilation. It is important to have a properly installed exhaust fan.

Can I put out an electrical fire with water?

PuroClean of Reading | Oct 31, 2020

No! Water conducts electricity and can deliver a potentially deadly electric shock. If the fire is from an appliance and you can safely unplug it, go ahead. You can also use a heavy blanket to cut off its oxygen supply and smother it, or you can use a fire extinguisher designed for a Class C fire.

What should I do after a flood or sewage or water leak?

First, contact a water-damage restoration company, such as PuroClean, as soon as possible. Don’t wait, as water can cause mold and irremediable damage to the wood, walls, and carpet in your home. Then, contact your insurance company to start the claim process. If safe, shut off the utilities in your home to avoid further damage. Don’t enter your home if it has suffered structural damage. Don’t walk through floodwater if electricity hasn’t been turned off and to avoid contaminants.
