I recently submitted a application to lease a apartment shortly after viewing the property with Taylor i asked her do they accept section 8 vouchers she kindly said yes & sent me a link for the application (letting me know she have units available). I paid a $100 a application fee only for Taylor to tell me 3 days later that they are over the Capacity & is no longer accepting section8 voucher tenants but have available units for anyone else with out a voucher . I will be contacting the FAIR HOUSING Commission & reporting this property this is honestly discrimination. How do you tell me in person you have units available & make me pay a $100 application fee just to tell me on the phone you are no longer accepting section 8 tenants.

Do not RENT HERE!!! My lease is almost up can’t wait to leave this dump. They are making renovations but This place is RAT infested. At first I thought maybe it was a mouse early morning I woke up to get ready for work a huge RAT was on my Counter . I informed the leasing manager Taylor & of course like always she did absolutely nothing .I guess the younger they are the less they care about accommodating the tenants request they tell u anything to Get you to sign a lease. Always trash around the property never anywhere to park. I almost got robbed coming in the house late one night. Please read every review before signing a lease at this place! Don’t make the same mistake I did

Roaches roaches roaches! When I signed my lease they didn’t tell me that I would have these as roommates when I signed my lease. But alasI need a place to stay and raid is only $10. Do not recommend. Stay far awa! Can’t even have women over because the roaches be scaring the laddies.
