They had a Rat not mice Rat was in kitchen and walked in my dining and stood there looked at me I stomped my foot and it ran in the kitchen sink. When I moved out my boxes, storage containers was full of rat droppings very large one some things I had to trash because of the urine smell.
Rats? Omg! My cat has brought a few mice to me but I couldn't imagine a damn rat. Our lease is up the end of this month. And we couldn't be more happy to go!
Just bought out by a new company. Rent is increasing a little. Hopefully maintenance and upkeep improve.
