They have a novena session every Monday from 4ish pm to 5pm? You can go in and join the novena prayer and eucharistic adoration; sisters are seated in the front pews and you can sit behind the barrier. Hope this helps!

It's perfectly fine to park on the street. Thier is no meters either. Most of the time you can find a spot, or at least up the street.
