The store in Warrenton is clean and have decent clothing. But unfortunately they lost me as a customer based on my experience on Sunday. I had picked several items on the clothing section to try them on. As I get to the fitting room, to my surprised, it’s closed. I approach one of the clerks asking about the return policy as I had picked so many items. She said: “no problem, you can return the items within 30 days with a receipt as long as you return them to this store.” As I get to my lodging, I noticed that the receipt says: ‘no cash refunds, store credit only’. I felt very betrayed. The clerk had not shared that you only get store credit. Neither is there any signs indicating that policy in the store. I’m temporary visiting relatives in this area. Several items didn’t fit so here I’m with store credit for the store I won’t be able to shop at. The manager at this store wasn’t very helpful; he didn’t seem to care that I had been misled.

In general a good second hand store. It is very clean, and fairly organized. The people that work there are in general very nice, helpful, courteous and professional. I have been told that the reason so many shelves are empty is because items that are donated are sent to other stores out of the area ? . There are many good deals to be found, but there are many items lately that are very incorrectly evaluated and priced. I can normally find most larger paintings or artwork for 9.99-14.99 here, but then another of much less value priced 39.99! A sweatshirt with a stain and absolutely nothing special about it was priced at 9.99. A large old brass coal bucket is 99 dollars. As an antique expert I can tell you that is not even all brass ( copper under) or even all that old ? Many of the clothes are priced way too high unless you sort through racks and racks to find a half priced item.

Prices are okay on some items. However 19.99 for a used Walmart hoodie is not worth it.

No they dont. But Salvation Army will and St. Vincent De Paul will under certain circumstances, if you have those two in your area.
