They did a great job but the groomer made me lift the dog onto the table and then hold my dog the entire time. All other groomers, I drop off my dogs then pick them up later. Response to the Response below: I double checked and yes I have the right location. Got the grooming below and paid up top in the store. And yes, this happened to me. Probably doesn't happen all of the time but it happened and I felt uncomfortable holding my dog as the nails were trimmed. It's the reason I don't trim the nails myself. I updated the review to 4 stars because you guys did a great job and you said it's unusual to ask your patrons to do this. Also you don't show me as a registered client because I may comeback in the future and aliases are useful in this manner.

Always helpful, accommodating and very attentive to our 15 year old, 3.5 lb Yorkie. She has bad arthritis and has random blindness. They treat her like she’s their own!!! Highly recommend!! Try booking in advance if possible - they fill up quick. Grooming is great too but again book ahead of time

The Bay Breeze is a helpful group. I am so thankful I found them if my dog is needs a shot they will give him his update.
