If there was an option for no stars they would be top notch! Can't even start new service cause a previous person has a past due balance on the address so they wont set up new service unless i pay the back due bill there high as a kite I'll take my money somewhere where they be more than happy to take it. Rude employees, invalid information. Heck this world has taken a toll.

Terrible customer service. They're lucky they're the only service that works in my area. Waited a long time, which is fine, because I didn't have an appointment. During my visit the employee who was helping me, kept leaving to help other people. I remained patient as I knew they were training a new employee. I was left to sit there awkwardly over 3 separate times. What really took the cake was when the employee walked out of the store with another customer. They went to another store to buy a case together. I was in awe. I felt uncomfortable as I sat there with no help for over 15 to 20 minutes. I will return to this location, as there are no other options. I dread the fact that I may have to come back here in the future.

Unbelievable customer service! Willow took care of all our needs with new phone setup. Willow also took much time share and show how our new phones are different. Unbelievably she does not get any financial compensation for her time and efforts since we bought the phone's online from a Spectrum salesperson in Chicago. My Wife and I both thought this kind of customer service was only a thing of the past and boy were we wrong! The topper was Willows pleasant attitude the entire time we were there
