The food is good but the customer service is at its lowest. About one week ago I asked the male taking my order a question and he got an attitude. At another visit I asked the woman at the window for things I requested for my coffee but didn't receive and she also got an attitude. I normally visit this particular store because of the customer service but things have drastically changed.

They really have their system down and the people working there are so hardworking and the food was good

We stopped here to get my sister something and use the restroom on our way back to Arkansas. The staff was friendly, the bathroom was clean and my sister said the food was hot and fresh. Nice job. Keep up the good work.

First chick fila I’ve been through that didn’t have any ice cream… felt like I was at McDonald’s. So I had to wait in line the entire time even though I ordered nothing because no one would direct traffic to let me out of line and I was in the inside lane.
