This location is for the dump. You shouldn't have to check the decency of your meal before driving away from drive thru window. I didn't discover how horrible my meal was until I made to my destination, which was a 5 minute drive away. The big Buford double was cold and tasted like it was prepared earlier in the day. More than likely it was. The cheese was melted between the patties, but the beef was over cooked and cold. The lettuce was brown and the fries were cold. My receipt said stawberry soda why was I given tropical punch? All was noticed afterwards. Great disappointment

I ordered for pickup. They gave me several stories but the one they ended up sticking to was that they gave my order to someone else. Ok, mistakes happen, just make my order and send me on my way, right? No! They said, "someone else picked it up so you have to get it from them!" WHAT?! Those geniuses gave my food to someone else and refused to rectify the situation. My card was charged and I got nothing but attitude and the window closed in my face! This location is notorious for poor service and major attitudes but enough is enough. The convenience and late hours don't make up for horrible attitudes and literally stealing my money! This isn't the only late night restaurant in the area! There are multiple literally within walking distance! This location has lost the entire Rally's/Checker's franchise a long time customer!

Terrible service. They get my orders wrong on a regular basis and refuse to answer the phone. Was missing over $20 worth of food from my ubereats order and they said they could do nothing about it. So here I am $20 short of food and I can’t afford that. I don’t recommend this place to anyone that wants quality OR quantity. They do not care about their customers, they have showed me that more than once.
