Waited 40 minutes in the drive through to be told that I would need to wait 20 more minutes for a chicken sandwich and then remained trapped in said drive thru 20 more minutes because there's no lane to pull out and leave through.

Was visiting from DFW for a wedding. We got hungry. Went across town to get to the place. It was 30 minutes until closing. No one would say anything at the drive through speaker so we went to the window. They literally avoided eye contact and was chatting it up with some girls at the walk up window. So unprofessional. Never going back there.

Great worker not feeling the food tasted like the grease was old because it was the end of the night so maybe a old batch of chicken redipped.

The fries were fresh but that's only because the clerk didn't ring up my order at the drivethrough kiosk. I ordered a large fry. Either Rally's has downsized since the last time I ordered or they shortchanged me. It has been a quick place to eat, this time was a long wait. I'll give them another chance in a few months.
