I was in a car accident which resulted in a total loss in my vehicle. The other person insurance rented a car from enterprise til we agreed on a settlement. When the settlement was done, I was told enterprise would reach out to me on when the car had to be return. I got nothing from enterprise. Then a week later I get an email from enterprise saying the rental was a week late and I had to pay late fee's on the rental. I call the hickory location and informed them that I was not aware of my rental being late cause they were suppose to reach out to me. They never once reached out to me but lied they that they called multiple times, left multiple voice mails, and never got answer or a return call from me. I'm sure they all use cell phones and know that everyone has call logs and voice mails. They went ahead and charged me for their own mistake cause they fail to contact me. Not to mention I had to bring back 2 vehicles for different reasons. One had a flat tire from the time I left enterprise to my house which was 5 mins away. Then next morning tire was flat. Without a doubt I thought maybe it was the weather as it was a little colder so I put air in it again. Three days later it was flat again so I return the vehicle for a replacement and got one with a expired tag since may. Then they charge me for something I not even aware of cause they were suppose to inform me for the return. Stay away and rent from toyota.

When you pick up at one location and drop off at another there is a $75 drop fee
Weekend rates start at 12.99 per day with 100 miles per day. Normally $22-38 dollars a day. Economy cars - Suvs
You'll have to be added on as an additional driver. There is a daily charge for that as well.
