rent is high for such small places.landlady never fixes anything.road into park is horrific.pot holes big enough to get lost

Was great up until trash moved in. Trash always in the yards. Kids roaming around with no parental guidance or respect for peoples yards/properties. Pretty sad this park has been ran down in 3 years.

Do you have any mobile homes available now? We are looking to move immediately.. In the next week! My husband and I have a 10yr old son who has a disability but he doesn't need any special things,! He is an amazing little guy... Just a blessing...
