The reason is right on the name. This place caters primarily to trades and industry. You don't go there unless you already have a good idea of what it is you need to buy. If you need keys copied, call a locksmith. And really, there's a Home Depot just North of McFadden-Dale on Decatur. It's literally 2 city blocks away. I don't think they're sweating the $2 worth of lost business from not being able to copy your house key.
