If you are having a hard time and can't afford food, you can go there and get food assistance. Got to have valid ID, a power bill or water bill in your name and have a Hickory address and proof of income
It's open Monday through Thursday 8:00 - 4:00.
Our nutrition center is open Monday through Thursday until 4:00 and Friday until 11:30. When you get approved for assistance you are given a certain week each month to pick up food according to your social security number. This helps CCM to be able to serve everyone in a better way consistently.

Yes you can. Make sure to take verification of residence,income of whole house & all social security cards of everyone living in home. The verification needs to be in form of: sses cards of everyone,the statement from social security showing in-laws income,any other income needs to be verified & light or water bill or any other important mail with your name on it.

GHCCM Nutrition Center (Food Pantry) Friday hours are 8:30 to 11:30. The ministry is closed Friday afternoon except for Thrift Store which closes at 5 Pm

Gary, we don't have mental doctors in our clinic. Call Catawba Valley Behaviour Health for a mental health provider. Catawba Family Care now takes care of the uninsured population. They are located next door to GHCCM. You still can get your prescriptions filled at GHCCM.
