The person that owns the park lives out of state and the trailers that are left here that are empty are no longer for rent . They are all for sale in the $2,000 to $2,500 range and then the only bills you would have is electric and cable or phone and the lot rent of $300 a month. Dont. Just dont. My friend lives there now. Every place is trashed. Floors falling in. Roaches. Most the doors wont shut. They wont fix anything. Im tellin you now just dont do it.

You can have dogs but not big ones. Have to be kept on a leash when you take them out to walk or use bathroom
