Dont. Just dont. My friend lives there now. Every place is trashed. Floors falling in. Roaches. Most the doors wont shut. They wont fix anything. Im tellin you now just dont do it.
Listen to these other ladies. Everything they have said is true. This place is truly DISGUSTING. It should be illegal to rent those places. And I would just like to add in addition to the other women's commemts that they allow registered sex offenders and other violent felons to live there. And just to giveeveryone a laugh, he told me the roaches were "normal bc it's the southeast and that's just how it is down here". Nice try a$$hole! You're just a slumlord and want to take advantage of poor people.
