This company seems like a huge scam. We paid for the courses, they were completed in a timely manner and we thought all will be ok. We stood on top of them to make sure things were processed and because of a mistake THEY made, there was a delay in processing. Now that everything seemed to have been processed, apparently the Dept. of criminal justice claims they never received said course completions even though this school claims they sent it over. Trying to contact the people in this company has been a NIGHTMARE. we’re told to text a number and they’ll get back to us in a day, they did not. We physically showed up here to get answers, they had none and the people who apparently had them were only in one day a week? Seriously? Then when in person, the person at the desk had the nerve to say “Do you really make that much in security?” When being persistent about updates on their renewals that they PAID FOR. HUGE lack of professionalism. You really let people who speak to your clients like that work there? And to hear that this entire company is owned by a retired cop is even worse. This entire establishment lacks professionalism, empathy, courtesy, timely responses, etc. Please if you can find another place to go to, do that.

I’ve completed the 8 and 16 hour classes and did my fingerprinting and background checks. everything is complete! When I email this Security school or when you text them they don’t reply back. I’ve been waiting for like 3-5 months for my license still no answers.!

Our next 8 hour for new applicants is Saturday, December 14th and the Annual Renewal class will be December 28th both at 9 am.
Call and find out about the next class then go for the class after you will be issued a renewal
You have to do the whole process again 8 and 16 hour fingerprints and apply for a new license
All their certificate are all the same price. But you have to take the FDNY test for the actual certificate of fitness which is $25.00. They only prepair you for the test. I believe it's $35.00.
I haven't gotten in contact with them either. They haven't answered my callls.. I went somewhere else
The 8 hr is $45. The 16 hr should be $25.
I believe you might have to go to the office and ask the people in charge how to go about it.

They only do training for your 8 and 16 hour certification.....you have to do finger prints and send your security application to Albany LEA can help with the process, it open monday-friday 6 train to castle hill in the bronx

When is the next 8hr class
For May, the 8Hr is on the 25th and he would give that date if the 16 Hr during that class. For security classes the fee is $35.00 but for the package including the 8Hr, 16Hr fingerprint, and security application I believe the package starts at $300

You have to start all over again.. your license is only good before 6 months experation date. You have to start all over again after 6 months, finger prints, and full payment.
Don't really need an appointment....just show up but you should call because they have different classes and the one you need might not be given on the day you show up.
Price has changed since I had to do my 8 and 16.u have to call them n its worth the price n investment in your future.i had to renew my 8hour Annual n September 2017 for the year 2018 n it was $30.00 dollars compared to other places who want $50.00 dollars or more.
