I have my 8 & 16 from year 2016 but I never received my license I don’t know how to go about getting it

Did you fill out an application for your license and got fingerprints done? If you did and didn't get your license contact them.

Your license comes from Albany, you have to contact them and find out what happened...it could be a problem with your money order. It is now 2018 why did you wait until now to handle this issue?

You have to the school and talk to them. Maybe they will still have it on file. Good luck..
