Gym, pool, childcare, community services… what more could you want? There is an indoor heated pool which is open year round as well as an outdoor pool that is seasonal. This is a very family-friendly atmosphere, and I love that! My only complaint is that the family bathrooms/changing rooms are dated and gross. Otherwise, this place is great!

Love this Y BUT what’s up with the chlorine!? My mom started having breathing issues the next day we skipped a day or two and she got better. We went back and it’s bad again AND our eyes are burning, itching, and red. I’ve had two showers and I STILL smell like chlorine. I looked it up and too much Chlorine is a bad thing ESPECIALLY for the lungs, skin and eyes!!!

Amazing and spacious gym! Had basketball courts, pools and indoor track. Just make sure you go before it gets crowded.

All branches may not be the same at Wilson we allow you can bring as many guest as you like but you guest can only come 3 times per year. When it comes to bringing youth you cannot sign in someone who is under 18 unless your the parent or Legal guardian. This is due to you not being able to the sign the liability waiver for someone else’s child.
The front and back desk are answering phones. Most of the time they have a line of people out the door. If you do come in, try to come in after 7 or call after 7 that's when they are the least busy. And if you do try calling try calling ever 5-10 mins instead of 1-2 mins. There is a better chance to catch them in between customers at the front desk.
They never answer the phone and the mailbox is usually full, so no
I agree. They definitely need to retrain in the area of customer service. I have been trying to contact the GM for weeks now to discuss a horrible experience I had at the location. Hopefully by speaking out they will eventually take the subject seriously and take action.
Yes. Inside there is an open swimming area when there isn't a class Outside there are several options. There is a large splash pad, wadding splash area and small walk in swimming area only 2ft high. You can also take them in the large deep pool with a life vest.
The pool opens at 7 on Saturdays and closes at 5:30 and sundays 1 to 5:30
Yes! Visit us and our Welcome Center staff can give you a one-week pass to use the facility.
There are a variety of water exercise classes at different times including weekends. The classes are free with membership.
No the lifeguards will get all the swimmers out and inside the building....there is no swimming when the weather is that bad.
If you are looking for a free place to shoot baskets, try the Warren Road Community center.

Yes. The times for open swim are on the website.
I don't know the specifics on the earliest age they'll watch, but there are two rooms for child care. 5-12 and under 5. The younger room is separated for toddlers and infants.
No
From our experience, Wilson Y has a high standard for child care - both in staff and care - and they will not take responsibility for an obviously sick child. However, with any public place there will be factors out of their control. I think it's more dependent on other parents not bringing a 'sick-but-medicated' child and exposing other children.
Yes! You can bring guests up to three times a year.
Web page is 2nd best resource. I would call the front desk first. That way if there is some unplanned closure you wont waste a trip over.
62 for an senior individual. If you want a family senior family (spouses) at least of you need to be 62.
62 years old for a senior individual, there is also and senior family membership for spouses
I am not sure but i believe the ones above my answer are correct
There's been a lot of issue with no one answering the ohone as of late. Try calling another branch. They all have access to the same info.
